Knicks' Obi Toppin hosts NBA Draft watch party at Hudson Yards

Brooklyn native Obi Toppin — the New York Knicks No. 1 draft pick — had his socially distanced draft watch party at 15 Hudson Yards with his family.

The 917-foot building is also about to release a new $29.5 million penthouse duplex.

The snazzy interiors are designed by Joan Behnke, whose clients include Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady.

The 88th-floor sky tower is 5,211 square feet and boasts views from the city skyline to the Hudson River and even the Atlantic Ocean on sunny days.

The duplex is anchored by a double-height living room with 26-foot ceilings, a double-sided black slate fireplace, a chef’s kitchen, a brass-and-wood staircase and a private, internal elevator.

The residence features three main bedrooms and a sitting area that could double as a pandemic-friendly home office, playroom or lounge.

Building amenities include a gym that takes up the 50th floor, with a 75-foot-long three-lane pool, a yoga studio, a private spa suite with two treatment rooms, a beauty bar for hair and makeup services and a children’s play center.

The 51st floor features a ballroom that seats 60 people and a chef’s kitchen for 12 person dinners with wine storage, and tasting rooms.

There’s also a billiards room, a screening room, a business center, conference rooms, a co-working space, a golf simulator lounge, pet spa, private dining suite and an outdoor deck.

The listing brokers are Corcoran’s Steve Gold and Related Sales/Corcoran Sunshine’s Sherry Tobak.

Alyssa Soto Brody, formerly of Compass, has joined forces with Snaplistings’ Erica Sachse to launch their own firm, The Development Marketing Team, a tech-focused brokerage/marketing firm.
